Lent (40 days)
The end of lent we celebrate easter Sunday.
Lent is there to prepare our heart at easter.
God invites us to pray, be humble , do everything out of love and not showing off.
God invites us to : - Praying , Fasting & Sharing .
We must do all this OUT OF JESUS LOVE!

What us Lent?

Growing in love in ....

-The relationship with others by sharing/giving.

"Let your hearts be broken not your garments torn." ( Joel 2) and "Be careful not to parade your good deeds before men to attract their notice." (Matthew 6)

Sharing is not about feeling GOOD but a NORMAL JUSTICE .

40 days of lent is to ----> Moving out of EGO to LOVE.

-The relationship with God by praying.

"Come back to me with all your hearts." ( Joel 2)

Learn back to pray.

Come back to God with all your heart.

-Relationship to myself by fasting.

Behind the mask , we find OURSELVES .

Support each other with PATIENCE , CARE & LOVE .

Main question : HOW WAS MY SHARING , PRAYING AND FASTING ?

Most importantly : DO I LOVE? HOW I LOVE? WITH EGO ? OR MYSELF?

" I preach what they preach,and this is what you all believe."

" They left everything and followed him."

Homily

-To bring more LOVE to the world.

1) If God is in control , why would he need me ?

Lk 5 : 1-11: " Put out into deep water and pay out your nets for a catch."
IS 6 : 1-8 : " Whom shall I send ? Who will be my messenger ?" - "Here I am, Send me."

- We dont see God's control in bible , but we see what he needs.

2) Did i met God?

IS 6 : " I saw the Lord."
LK 5 :" They netted such a hugged number of fish."

- Its about the personal encounter with God who change our life . We are invited to his presence to tell him Here I am .

3) Prayer

as opening our poverty to God :

- LK 5 :" We worked hard all night long and caught nothing."

And morning from fear

- IS 6 :" I am lost for I am a man of unclean lips."

To love ...
